Draft — pending legal review

This document describes how Labiora currently works. It has not yet been approved by Labiora's legal advisers and may change before it takes effect. Items marked “to be confirmed” are still being finalised. Draft prepared 14 October 2026.

1. In short

Labiora uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries. They sign you in, keep the platform secure, and remember display choices you make yourself.

Labiora does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, session-recording or social-media cookies, and does not load third-party tracking scripts. The fonts used on Labiora are served from Labiora itself, not from a third-party font service.

5. Services we send you to

  • Stripe. When an Owner starts a subscription or manages billing, Labiora sends them to Stripe's own Checkout and Billing Portal pages. Stripe may set its own cookies on those pages, under Stripe's cookie policy.
  • File storage. When you upload or open a case file, your browser transfers it directly to and from Labiora's private file storage using a short-lived signed link. Labiora sets no cookies for this.

6. Managing cookies

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser's settings. Blocking or deleting the strictly necessary cookies will sign you out, and you will not be able to use the signed-in parts of Labiora. Removing a preference simply resets it.
